What size is this wrench (the end for blade screw)? 1/2"?

Yes, it is 1/2 ", and the other end is a T-30 for the screws on the saw.

Head on the bolt that holds the blade on is rounded off any suggestion on how to remove it

Couple suggestions. 1. Vise grip 2. Cut a slot on top of bolt with oscillating tool then try with a screw driver. If you have an impact drill, try using this. Hope this helps.
