Max Factor 2000 Calorie Dramatic Look Mascara Black 9ml

Not sealed, opened it up and completely dried out with no real mascara on the stick when pull it out. Went in bin as unable to use! Shouldn’t be able to sell this. It’s deceitful!

This product arrived without the standard hygiene seal normally found on this type of product when purchased in a shop. On inspecting the product the contents were dried with not much product coming out onto the wand. Where it was on the brush it was in small dried clumps. The brush also looked slightly bent. I have been using this particular brand and product for about 20 years so fully know what consistency of a brand-new tube should be like. I’m extremely surprised they are allowed to sell a non-sealed make up item. It begs the question as to whether this item has been previously used by another customer, returned for the same reasons and simply sent back out again as “new”. I would have left no stars if that had been an option as it’s truly appalling.

I received this mascara within 2 days although my order is telling me it's running late. I am very happy with my purchase and a very good price....Thank you.

When I buy this item in the shop, it is sealed in celophane so it cannot be opened. The item sent was without this pachaging, and thetrefore could have been used or opened. The quality of the product was OK but I was not impressed and would not order again. This is a time for hygene.

Not sealed in any way, meaning you can't be sure whether the mascara has been used before or not. Other than that, the quality is ok and it's value for money.

I use max factor mascara all the time have used for years handy I good get on Amazon during lockdown thanx amazon

Do not buy!!!! Did not have seal on it. Mascara dry and nothing in it.Went in bin!!!!!Will buy from Boots in future and will happily pay the extra money.
