I have struggled for years with stomach problems; thus, I have tried (for years) ways to fix it. I had my gallbladder removed after it had enlarged beyond saving (thanks gallstones), and ever since the surgery I have no digested things well. My symptoms: eating on a completely empty stomach made me nauseated and need to throw up, diarrhea every single day, extreme stomach cramping after eating even if I ate NOT on a completely empty stomach... among other minor symptoms like heartburn and the sudden inability to digest peanut butter. I changed my entire diet, too, and I added probiotics and I started taking Omeprazole on the advice of my doctor. Still no difference at all! I have been taking Premier Digest every day with each meal for a few weeks now and seriously - I never thought anything would work. Stomach has less cramping, diarrhea does not happen every single day, and I have not felt nauseated at all. I'm not exaggerating, it has been hell for me since that operation and I want this review to be as honest as possible. This really has helped me, and if you have any similar problems like mine this is well worth the try. You really must take it as directed, though!

I decided to add some red meat back to my diet after several years of only eating fish and some poultry. This was recommended to me to help me get past the digestive distress and it helped! I still don't eat much red meat but this helped me comfortably increase the types of protein I could eat.

I went to a pretty large chain health food store looking for a digestive enzyme because i heard of how they really help with a variety of issues when, out of all the customer service people in the store who could have helped me, I ran into the GM and he ended up being the one helping me out. He shows me a variety of Digestive enzymes and wasn't too impressed with any. So I finally asked why, he tells me they don't sell the best one. He mentions Premier Labs has the best and that it's far superior than all in the store ... he totally sold me on it. So I left the store and bought it. Been using it with every meal ever since. Especially helpful with bloating, gas, and i have more energy. Differences are subtle, but they are there!
