It was quiet expensive, some benefits?? Probably internal could be, others I don't notice. Could be that have to extend supplement implementation long period of time, several months. Human body can regenerate with appropriate supplement.

less side effects than tocopherols
As above. I was taking vit e for a movement problem. Noted side effects. Looked into it. Switched to tocotrienols. Side effects settled within 2 weeks just great.

Good Quality, Tested Well for Me
At 64 years old and under a huge amount of stress, travel, and sleep deprivation, my heart started having arrhythmia and POTS.
