Will this work for Queen size?

If I get a 48 x 60 can I rotate it to fit most of the lenght of a full size bed?

It folds up accordion style. If you rotate it, you may end up with the sofa bed bar in your back. I would get the 48x48 size. You don't need it for your legs. Your upper torso is where you need it. Ours is 48 long x60 wide to fit our queen size sofe and it works great.
