ENGO Blister Prevention Patches x 2 Large Ovals

Purchased these based on online reviews after purchasing a pair of Alphafly 2 which have an uncomfortable arch which is too high for me. These plasters have resolved my comfort issues and have made these shoes like new. Amazing comfort, good value for money, good sticking ability, high quality and easy to use and install. Instant pain relief! Would recommend.

These do exactly what I bought them for, which is stop my toes going through my running trainers (toes don't bend so wear through toes) Easy to apply and not a blister had since using them. Will buy more. Thin so can't feel them and haven't moved since application, months now.

Very expensive for what it is. I think just using a bit of gorilla tape would achieve the same effect. One of the stickers started peeling off after 2 wears and then itself produced a blister.

I was suffering from horrendous blisters on the arch of my foot which no amount of vaseline, blister plasters, special socks, surgical tape etc would help. I have had one of these patches in my shoe for over a month now and no more blisters from the first time I ran in them, a 10k race plus walking around London all day! I can't believe that something so simple works so well but I am over the moon.

Stick to the inside of my shoe, can be a bit of a fiddle depending on where it rubs, but once on they stop you blistering in the area that it’s stuck, and it hasn’t come off since I put it on, stopped me having to pay for blister plasters too so worth the one time payment here!

I cannot deny that these patches are very effective and do their job well for me. In my case I have placed the patches in the heel of my hiking shoes. I have to use hard plastic orthotic inserts that both ever so slightly raise the heel of my foot in the shoe and also slightly stiffen the shoe so that it does move with my foot as much as it othersie would. These combined create a tendency for the heel of my foot to rub against the heel of the shoe. The ENGO patches have stuck well and have a slippy top surface that substantially reduces contact friction and improve comfort. I've had them a few weeks at the time of writing and there is no sign of wear... and I would expect so after only several wears. Despite how satisfied I am with the perfromance of the ENGO patches, £12 (at the time of my purchase) is still ridiculously over priced for what they are.

Application ok. The feel felt the step between pad and insole. Also after 5 to 6 miles the heat off the pad to the foot was quite warm. I removed them from the shoe as 26 miles with them could be worse than blisters. Unfortunately not for me.
