A: As far as I know they are 100% silk. They are beautifully smooth to sew with.

A: Try searching for only blue thread but you may have to buy a bunch,,

**Q: Is this silk filament or spun silk thread?**
A: Sorry - I can't tell. I hve found it very satisfactory in use, though.

**Q: Can I get mono colours of the silk thread to buy?**
A: I have not managed to find a supplier yet to do this.
