There was plenty to choose from on Amazon, and there were cheaper ones. For a few pounds more though, you can have an Ox brand one, so you know you are getting a quality tool. It's easy to read, lightweight but heavy enough to handle with confidence. It's accurate so far although i've only made 45degree cuts. Easy to hold and use, couldn't ask for much more. The size is a good all rounder and will just about fit in my Scruffs pockets. Point of note, I was satisfied to see the product wrapped incredibly well for what it is. This gives some confidence vs some of the low quality offerings on Amazon that are just in a plastic wrapper. The hose adapter is next to it to help give an indication as to it's size.

Brilliant bit of kit. Solid, easy to read good value

A very versatile tool for my DIY jobs around the house. I am no builder but I do a lot of DIY both inside and outside the house. I bought this especially as I want to replace the Facia board on my shed and needed to find the pitch for cutting boards. A very durable and robust built quality within a very reasonable price. I love Ox brand more as it is offering really good quality tools at good prices.

Light weight and gets the job done

OK it's a speed square ! - the Anodising is very solid and all the marking are super clear - the addition of half centimetre markers is very good - The tri-square has been left in the toolbox - I really like this product - would recommend
