I have been using this product for about 8 months now to help with menopausal symptoms (hot flushes and night sweats). I used to use black cohosh (also excellent) but I read that you shouldn't use bc for more than a year or two so I decided to switch. This is good, not perfect but I do get fewer hot flushes and they are shorter. This product is expensive but I think it is worth it as an alternative to HRT. This particular 2 pack is certainly better value and it arrived very quickly.

After the first month of taking these there was a delay whiIe thought about whether I wanted to take them regularly . I am 69 .I began to feel not quite so bright and a tiny bit flashy .I have taken soya milk since the menopause to supply some phyto oestrogen .I believe that is about 6 mg .These are about a hundred mg . On my third month now and may be it’s my imagination but I do feel mentally a little sharper , too .I seem to be able to recall names more easily - is that the sage ?
