Smooth writing. Doesn't tear easily. Stone paper is hard to find so I was thankful to find this notebook.

A co-worker introduced me to stone paper, so I had to give it a try. This was my first stone notebook. With standard paper, I tend to balk at ballpoint pens and go for gel. However, stone paper makes ballpoint pens write like a dream. I find myself pulling it out constantly and making use of every inch of every page. There’s no bleed-through, but ink may smear *slightly* (though not to the point of being illegible). The pages are sturdy and a nice thickness, so no need to worry about accidental tears. I’ve saved this notebook to my list to re-order in the near-future.

This paper is amazing to write on!

For a small notebook, I do like this one. The color is a lovely grey-green, and the cover and spiral feel well made (not flimsy like cheaper notebooks). That said, the paper was a bit disappointing for me. I bought this after finishing a gifted Karst stone paper notebook, hoping for that same buttery, luxurious writing experience—but this paper doesn’t quite measure up in comparison. If I hadn’t just come from a Karst notebook, I probably would’ve liked this one a lot more. Even so, it’s still much nicer to write on than traditional paper. There’s just something about stone paper that scratches an itch in my brain (if you know, you know). While it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for—and I probably should’ve tempered my expectations given the price—I still think it’s a good little notebook overall.

I wanted to buy this but after the reviews was so worried. A few things to know: totally waterproof, will not rip (impressive we tried lol) BUT gel ink will smear horribly- however, if you write and give it just a minute or two to dry , it will not smear . The only downside is o have blurred vision that can be fixed and the lines are doubled on the page - which doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. But whatever, I’m happy with it! I work in the field constantly so having something that won’t rip, get dirty , or tear is kinda awesome 👏 if you’re hesitant I suggest giving it a shot and you can always return it !

Surprisingly soft paper. The paper behind gets dented from the pen. The paper absorbs a lot of ink. Not a fan so far, but I love that it’s better for the environment.

Love this paper for writing, drawing, painting, and etc. Love the qualities.
