They taste good and are easy to use. I feel better after I have taken them. Good for hydration.

This product is really good I found it works well

Generally better than other vitamin products in terms of cleaner ingredients, however, don't be fooled by the 'no artificial sweeteners' claim. The product includes Sorbitol which is commonly used as a sweeneter.Expensive in this case for what it is.

I hate their social media presence, but I love the product. My nails are noticeably stronger and grow faster when taking the tablets, and I’ve noticed people around me have caught colds while I’ve fought them off. I can’t say for certain whether it’s due to the tablets, but I seem to feel better and more energised while I’m taking them. They are a bit expensive, so I only take them between September-February.
