Weight Bench Press, Strength Training Adjustable Workout Benches for Full Body, Gym Benches for Incline Decline Exercise

For this price, the bench is exactly what I hoped for: very nice. I haven’t tested absolutely everything it can do, but it is so sturdy I have no doubt it can get most jobs done. All the parts and pieces were there, it assembled well and easily, it sits strait and firm to the ground. I feel secure when I sit in it and I’m super excited to try all my workouts on the bench!

To see how it responds to a workout, I assembled it and jumped on it. The bench is simple to install, fold up, and pop up for use, and it's reasonably priced. It's not a couch, but it's also not a park bench, so it fulfills its function as intended, and the padding is adequate. It worked nicely for my training; I used the bench to perform some crunches and chest workouts. You can also complete the exercises in the booklet that comes with it. Not too bad for the price.

Really good especially for the price. The back rest is slightly wobbly when using heavy weights at an incline but it doesn't feel like its going to break or anything. I also love that you can put the back rest on a lower setting than the lowest 'spot' for lack of a better word. Best situps ever. Kind of wish I would have spent a little bit more and got a heavier duty one but this is good enough for the girls I go out with.

This weight bench exceeded my expectations. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy and well-built, and works perfectly with my dumbbell workouts. The adjustable settings make it versatile for different exercises, and it doesn’t wobble or feel cheap like other benches I’ve tried. Great value for the quality, it’s a solid addition to my home gym.

So far so good! Does what it needs to do. The assembly is easy. I hope it will last!

First order there were screws missing. 2nd order was good to go. Quality of this is good so far. Hasn't fallen apart yet but will test soon.

been using this for about 8 months now—it gets the job done.good variety in incline and the decline setting is a good plus. the bench is super light which is nice for moving it around but also makes it feel a tad bit wobbly at times. never feels like it's going to collapse or anything though which is the important thing
