I just have one problem and that's the design of the water reservoir for the condenser - you cannot use an industrial chiller to keep it cool unless you add an inline pump to the reservoir, or close the water system. At the very top of the unit, the condenser circles over the top of the rim of the water reservoir; this tube should be welded to the side instead of curled over the top so you can have a lid with a silicone ring that clamps down to close the water cooling system - this would allow you to attach an industrial chiller so you don't have to keep adding ice to a bucket.
