This is a very well made swimming cap and definitely keeps the water out. It fits the head but is a little too big for my head but I am using it as it does what I purchased it for.

I've been a competitive swimmer for over 12 years now so have worn a plethora of hats. I needed a brightly coloured one for open water swimming and this fit the bill! I've never had an arena hat before but have had costumes/goggles/bags from them with no issues. As soon as I put this hat on, I could tell it was too small for my head (for context, new hats are normally quite tight due to the length and thickness of my hair, but fit). It also felt pretty thin compared to most of the hats I've had. I had to pull down the edges for it to sit where hats normally do (ears were fully out and the hat only just covered my hairline on my forehead). Doing this at the front caused a slight rip, but the hat was still wearable. I decided to start again and turn the hat around so the rip was at the back. Putting it on again caused it to rip along the seam, rendering the hat useless. I do not recommend this hat at all. I might've had a dodgy one but I've never seen a hat rip on the first attempt of putting on. Safe to say I expected more from arena and won't buy a hat from them again.

Rip resistance: Haven't had any issues with these caps, used regularly and easy to get on and off Comfort: light and comfortable, you forget you have it on.

Sie sitzt bequem auf dem Kopf, ohne zu drücken, und hält die Haare beim Schwimmen zuverlässig trocken. Das Material lässt sich leicht an- und ausziehen, ohne an den Haaren zu ziehen. El gorro se ve que es de buena calidad y queda ajustado y cómodo, no se te mueve cuando nadas rápido y haces movimientos bruscos. En mi caso, me gustaría que fuese algo más corto por la parte de la frente, de manera que pueda colocármelo por fuera de las orejas en lugar de por encima. Sí es cierto que cuando llevas un rato, aprieta por la zona de las orejas si lo llevas por encima, pero eso no hace que le quite alguna estrella en la valoración. Sin embargo, un punto a favor (al menos en mi caso) es que te sueja los auriculares de conducción ósea si los usas mientras nadas, al quedar el gorro por encima de las orejas (a mi me cubre la mitad de la oreja). A mi me gusta más los gorros de goma, porque tardan más en dar de sí, en comparación con los de tela, y quedan más ajustados. En general, recomiendo su compra.
