Great fit and easy installation. Don’t know why they use the plastic to begin with. Works much better than the original.

I had a plastic one previously and I installed this when the previous one broke. This is so much more sturdy and looks sleek. It was a bit big compared to my last one so I had to make adjustments on the sofa to make space for it. It functions much better and is practically the same price!

Capable replacement
Bought this to replace the handle on our recliner that broke because the plastic couldn't handle the pressure placed on it by the cable. Description says it's metal, but in fact, it's also plastic.
