Good value, but you get a very good night sleep on it

The first mattress we ordered turned up slightly damaged on one corner. The gel inside felt like it had been crushed and wasn't rising even after being left for 48 hours. I contacted higrid and explained that I loved the mattress but want a replacement and they said to refund and repurchase on amazon, which I did yesterday. The old mattress was collected and the new one delivered at the same time, less than 24 hours after putting in the request. Since I purchased the first one their has been a £60+ discount so actually saved money in the process. The mattress is firm but very comfortable and would highly recommend it. My girlfriend has had an operation on her back so needs a firm mattress and I sleep like a furnace and this is excellent for keeping you cool and for back pain. Highly recommended.

As a physio, I understand the importance of a quality mattress. This one provides great orthopaedic support, and is comfy too!Ordered it in the afternoon and it came the next morning.

I received the mattress today morning and after inspecting it i feel maybe the mattress is not new and possibly used of sorts..The claim that the mattress is 20 cms in thickness is false as the one i have here right now is about 14 cms thickSecondly upon unzipping the cover i can clearly see that the layers of foam are out of shape and has stains.The proportion of the so called Smartgrid layer shown in the images is roughly about 35% of the thickness, it is a layer of blue gel like matt about only and inch and very unprofessionally applied with glue oozing under it.This gel layer does not cover the entire top surface but is in two patched with cheap foam borders…….check images.The base is very lumpy and uneven and it doesn’t fall flat on a bed.....

Arrived damaged- contacted the customer servis team at Higrid- which is in India despite all the hype about being UK made.Poor quality and sleep for the hefty price tag

Our bed is correctly size to use a mattress 180cm wide by 200cm long but this new mattress is 186cm wide. It does not therefore fit inside the bed frame.We need it replaced.

Good and comfortable but not as soft as i wanted

Its very coumfy, new technology is used. Delivery and packaging is good , everything os perfect

Product is price worthy and comfortable. Have been using this for the last 30 days, no issues till now. Packaging was good and was easy to use.

As of now the item is good its been a 1 month purchased the product, its very comfy and good packaging.It will be good if we get different colors too.
