Great product

My review is a bit late, as I bought this iPod September 2023. It worked perfectly fine for the first several months, I’ve recently started experiencing significant battery and power-related problems.The battery now drains rapidly after only 10-15 minutes of use, despite the device being fully charged. When I remove the iPod from the charger, it works briefly before the battery indicator turns red, and a prompt appears telling me to charge the device again. Within a minute, the device shuts off completely. The device will only function properly while plugged into the charger, showing a full battery bar, but the issue persists even when charging.Additionally, on occasion, after charging, the iPod will display the Apple logo and appear to be rebooting. It remains idle in this state, and I am unable to restart it. After leaving it connected to the charger for a period of time, it will eventually turn back on.Given that the device is relatively new, I am concerned about this issue and would like to know if it is still covered under warranty. I’ve had a similar iPod for many years without any problems, so I’m unsure what might be causing this issue with this particular device.

I was grieving when my old iPod touch died on me because I knew Apple no longer makes iPods. Decided to take a chance on this product. It is an iPod in everything but name. Syncs with iTunes so I have access to all my stored music. No regrets!

I know I am late with this review. However, I am very, very happy with my purchase. I am happy I was able to purchase this IPOD from Amazon.The IPOD was brand new, and came with a corded headset and a silicone case, but I did buy another case and a bigger case when I want to use the headset.So far I do not have any cons with this purchase.

Works well; no issues.

The product didn't come with any instructions, nor a case and screen protectors. It came with two charging cords and a set of earbuds. When I got out set up, I plugged it into my car's system and they both didn't work! Luckily, I saved my cord from a previous ipod and it works. This tells me that the product isn't brand new. So far, it works great, but only time will tell.Now I have two worthless cords!

Was expecting to receive a new product in an Apple box, but had what looked to be a refurbished iPod and a generic box. Did not include the earbuds in the picture.

So I do realize that the battery doesn’t last as long for an iPod, but I figured it was because it was on higher firmware turns out now that it stops working it won’t charge to my devices turns out that this was not A new product because it doesn’t have an apple battery inside so they basically sold me a used device with a aftermarket battery One of the cheapest lowest form of it at that and it was missing screws. It’s way past return, but it’s really messed up that they can sell this as new on here. I don’t recommend buying.
