Good product when applied correctly
Good product to use when you want to underseal your vehicle. I diluted it down with about 10% paint thinners. This allowed it to be applied easier, but still stayed tacky enough that it stuck on to the underside of the vehicle. I got decent coverage out of the 5L and managed to underseal 2 vehicles with it. One being a medium sized SUV and the other a medium sized hatch back. I still have enough left over that I will use to do touch ups on if needed when I have the cars up on a ramp again. You would want to get your undercarriage clean and dry before applying. You don't want to get this on your brakes or exhaust, so best to cover them up.An important thing to note is that it's best to be applied with an applicator spray gun hooked up to a compressor. The manual pump spray bottle that can be purchased separately just blocks up, and becomes a messy waste of time when trying to constantly unblock it.If trying to do this on your driveway with a set of axle stands and limited space, it is going to get a bit messy. Doing it on a vehicle ramp makes it much easier, quicker and slightly less messy.Use a mask as you don't want to be breathing in the particles - they get everywhere. Also wear goggles.

Heat it up to spray it
A well known product still very worthwhile for under wheel arches and sills but ideally you want to redo it every autumn well before wet and salty conditions start to be the norm. For info - The contents are like a blob of soft wax and need to be heated in a bucket of very hot water for 30 minutes or so. I actually set the can on a workshop woodstove but that is probably not recommended as it would be flammable should it spill. You could also use thinner I suppose.Once runny it can be sprayed reasonably easily you might even get away with an empty kitchen cleaner trigger spray. It's a messy job expect to get it on hands clothes and probably face no matter how careful you are.

Was 3 * now 5*, recommend this big time.
There is a cap, then metal lid, but no screw cap.Till the can is warm & I find a screw cap that fits, will not open.Opened & put this in old coffee jar with screw cap. Used a Silicon Douch (LOL, bought for mechanical use with IPA). Zafira has water leaks, found out the seals on the roof rack fail after years.Filled the channels on both sides of the rack & being a cold day used a heat gu to soften the gel, well no heavy rain but the humidity has reduced from 99% to 79% to 89%. Used a heat gun to get this into the grooves. Worked well, yes there was over spill, will clean up later.Humidity is now down to about 50%. Magic. If you are spraying, as pointed out by others, needs to be heated & worked in very warm temperatures or thinning. Now for 1 of the tests I did, blob on wood, yes you can cut it with a sharp blade, blade wipes clean.Pity the neighbours gas CH blows directly onto the car. After the first heavy rain will update, might need a little more. Getting to like this stuff. We had heavy rain, lasted almost an hour, back paving was flooding, humidity in car went to 85%, but no water in car, winter will tell.Found the leak, it is or was on the rear hatch brake light, rubbish & sand under seal. Silicon grease on seal after washing & cleaning, then a good smear of silicon grease on the light. Lets see what this does.Waxoyl is good, needs thinning to apply to small places.Watch this space for up dates
