Does the trick
Always use this brand, I get a lot of comments on the slidable lens cover. For my previous phone, the cap slid to the side. I prefer that to up and down, but that's a minor point.

The camera is off-set along the entire top of the phone so that when you place it in the case, the side opposite the camera near the top pushes against the case and it does not go in all the way. Totally useless.
