It works, but it's effect is temporary and you will feel back to earlier state after 3-4 hours. I cant blame on product since that is case with every supplement.

Very good medicine for beginners. It contains very low amount of L tyrosine so can only help for 2 hours to focus on my study. It contains extra items that are good for brain not for teenagers but for old people.

Awesome combination of brahmi, L-theanine and Ginko. But please remove DHA as it makes it smell bad and causes nausea

Doesn’t live up to its claims

I take one capsule every night. On the very first dose, I got some relief from my months old brain fog. I find myself more energetic and creative now.

It definitely works, helps in focusing my mind efficiently while learning or remembering something. Calms my mind down. The only downside is that it has fish taste of outer capsule which can be troublesome for others because now I’m used to it. 4/5🌟
