Great simple clean protein
God clean protein. I tried other brands/types but had digestive problems and upset stomach. This seems to do the trick with little/no irritation or side effects

Great Protein Boost
Protein powder is bland, so it works well with anything you mix it with. Egg White Protein Powder is best mixed in cold water. Use some type of mixing device, like a blender, to get the job done right.

Good product
This makes great low carb high protein blended shakes; personally I mix with frozen berries, monk fruit drops, cucumber, celery & fresh lemon juice in my Vita Mix blender. I don't recommend in just a Shaker bottle with water, it is clumpy.

Difficult to work with!
Blender required and doesnt taste very good. The powder also has some static cling properties which cause it to fly all over the place when scooping out a serving.

Its better than most protein powders
I dont want protien powder because its expensive and a lot of them are full of fillers and fake suger. The egg white powder is simply eggs. I mix the powder with cold milk so its a slurry and I pour it into my oatmeal, 20g of protein right there. It doesn't taste like anything. I cant tell its in my oatmeal. Ill also dump a scoop in the blender for my fruit smoothies. I don't know what the negative reviews are for. It needs to be mixed with cold liquid not hot it will clump. I wouldn't sprinkle it on food. It needs to be mixed in something.

No longer whips up to stiff peaks-lack of customer service
This product used to be great. I used it all the time for making protein bread. The last two jars that I have bought of this have failed to froth up to full peaks and the bread has been terrible. I have used this product forever, but again the last two batches which have the same lot number on the bottom have failed. I tried being optimistic by buying a second jar only to be disappointed. I have tried to contact the company via telephone as well as email and they absolutely are terrible with Support. I’ve received no response. I would not waste your money on this product. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. This was an expensive product for it to no longer be the quality it used to be. I wouldn’t waste your money.

Not the best for protein sparing bread
It mixed fine and the protein sparing egg white “bread” came out ok, save for the strange smell, which did contribute to the taste a little bit. It also didn’t brown like the ones in the video recipe instructions. I made three loaves and each one came out the same. Mayo and mustard covered the strange flavor. I ordered a different brand (same cost) and did a sniff test between that one and this brand, and this one definitely had that weird, slightly chemical smell, where the other had no odor at all. I’ll use it up but won’t purchase it again. Edited to add that the lack of browning MAY have been due to the fact that I didn't add allulose (a sweetener) to the protein sparing bread recipe.
