Great taste
This product really tastes great, but not sure how effective it is.I have bought 3 of these so far and use them as a post workout supplement. The recommended amount of scoops is 4 scoops which are 1000 calories, but I only take 2 as 1000 calories just sounded a bit much. I haven't lost weight taking it but also haven't gained weight so all I can say is it tastes nice and fills the hole after an intense workout.
