Improved my digestive health a lot
I took a chance and decided to start a probiotic for 2026. I had heard about them but didn't really think it applied to me since I do eat a pretty healthy diet with yogurt 3-4x a week. I chose Dr. Berg because I take his other supplements so I know the quality is good. After the first week WOW I cant tell you how great I felt. Not only did it regulate my digestive tract, including using the toliet, I also lost about 3-4 lbs and it was noticeable by other people. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to start a probiotic supplement.

A good probiotic with mint in it. You can always rely on Dr. Berg supplements!
Dr. Berg always has good supplements. Easy on the stomach and the mint in it is a nice change. Soothing as well. I change my probiotics every couple of months, but his are one of my favorite.

Good Probiotics
I felt really bad and became bloated after eating a carryout meal. I immediately took Dr Berg’s probiotics and afterwards felt better and the bloating dissipated.
