Dr. Bergs probiotic has helped my stomach a lot since I've been taking it. The best I have found so far. His products are very good. I have had no side effects from them. They are worth trying.

Very impressed with this Probiotic. I really liked that the ingredients included peppermint, which naturally soothes the stomach. I really noticed in about 3 weeks time of using a difference with less stomach upset and reduced trips to the bathroom after meals. I also liked the capsules are not too big and the dosage is only 1 pill per day; whereas some you have to take 2 pills. Already on my second bottle.

I have been very pleased with all of Dr. Berg's supplements that I have used. They all work as expected and seem to be very good quality.

I'm a 71 year old male, 5'10" 179 lbs and I don't drink alcohol or use tobacco. In early 2024 my fasting glucose level was a single point (125) below the result requiring a diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes (126). I declined my Primary physician's recommendation of prescription medication and started following Dr Berg on YouTube. Started Berberine supplement and the Ketogenic diet and increased my daily exercise. By September my fasting glucose result was 110 and my weight was 179 lbs, down from 200 lbs six months earlier in '24. I had never used probiotic or prebiotic supplements but started this one from Dr Berg as a part of paying more attention to my general health in retirement and seeking to get my blood sugar results back to normal. I will try to be delicate about this... after using the probiotic product for a couple of weeks I noticed something I had never experienced consistently -- perfect digestion and perfect bowel movements. Seriously perfect. I had the thought "Oh, so THIS is how God meant for this part of the human body to work!" After using the first bottle and not taking another probiotic product my system returned to being acceptable but not perfect. I have never given any supplement product such a positive review because I have never experienced such a remarkable result from the use of a supplement. I continue following Dr Berg on YouTube because the information he communicates is helpful and interesting. One item of note... I don't know what it is, but there is an ingredient in the formulation that emits a distinctive odor. I don't recognize it but I don't find it to be pleasant to my sense of smell. It's certainly not bad or foul... it's just distinctive. I swallow the capsules quickly to avoid the sensation and it's not enough to make a big difference because of how well it works.

I’ve been using Dr. Berg’s Probiotic for a while now, and I’m genuinely happy with the results. It works well for me, and I noticed positive changes in my digestion and overall gut comfort after taking it consistently. The quality of the product itself seems very good, and I’m satisfied with its effectiveness. My only complaint is about the delivery and handling. The package had a sticker saying “Protect From Heat,” but when it arrived, the parcel was hot, and even the bottle itself felt warm. Since probiotics are sensitive to temperature, I was concerned about how the product was handled during shipping. I hope Amazon and the delivery team can improve this part to make sure the product stays properly protected during transit. Overall, I still like the product and would recommend it, but the shipping conditions definitely need improvement.
