I bought these for myself. The bar which goes in to the ear lobe is wider than standard earrings, made of stainless steel and intended for when you first get ears pierced or to reopen the holes. I've been wearing these since they were delivered about 5 hours ago and they are very comfortable. My ear lobes are not sore or warm which is bliss where as recently if I try others they are sore from about an hour of wearing. I haven't worn earrings properly all day every day for many, many ears and recently, though I buy and love funky earrings for occasions, my ear lobes just get sore, gunky and warm. These are lovely. Plus the studs on the back have a limit to how far they can push up meaning they cannot squash the lobe or stab you in the neck behind the ear when you sleep. Lovely refreshing change 😊 I'm going to see about the other basic first time piercing styles by this brand.

My holes in ears keep closing up, my fault for not wearing earrings regularly, got these to keep in, in order for ear to heal again.

Got these because they were sterile and I wanted to reopen my ear piercings, not sure if the little plastic thing they came with was to pierce them (as others said no instructions) but I just poked the earring through and twisted and I got them in 😂 They’re really comfortable now and secure and I know they’ll be fine to leave in. I can twist them and the back doesn’t come off like regular earrings.

Great studs to replace my old studs. Comfortable to sleep in. Great quality and great price.

These are flat backed but rounded front stainless steel studs. The stalk/stem? is a little thicker than I expected and at first would not go in my ears, but after a bath and hair wash, and with the help of some vaseline, they went in OK. The backs were difficult to fasten but again - they did! I do need the holes to be enlarged a bit, so that any earring will go through, this was the plan in buying the piecing ball studs. I have left them in now for about a week and with no irritation or anything. If needed I would definitely buy these again. Thank you. Also the delivery was very fast.

These studs were a perfect replacement for my daughters ears after she'd had a reaction to the studs she was pierced with. These are acceptable for primary school dress code. Fast dispatch and very good quality
