Is this shampoo good for someone who has coloured hair and swims twice a week?

I have coloured hair and only use this every couple of weeks to clean my other shampoo and conditioner residue out of my hair. Don’t know about the swimming. Really like it though, thoroughly cleans. I don’t think it’s meant for very frequent use.

Is it safe for permed hair and does it remove polyquat build up?

I’m not sure If it’s safe for permed hair but it’s definitely good for buildup hope that helps I’ve used this shampoo on my hair extensions before
