The tea is great- but Amazon shipping was not!
The was wonderful. as usual! However, Amazon packed it in such a flimsy bag-not even a padded mailer!- that the box was badly crushed and torn. Two of the tea bags were torn (what a mess!) and I had to store the tea in a zippered plastic food storage bag. Amazon, you need to do better!

There was a lot of loose tea in the box that the bags were haphazardly thrown and squished into. Some bags were open- not torn, just not sealed properly. I used to prefer Tetley for black tea and that’s why I specifically ordered it. This tea was very bitter, which I hate. They also don’t have a string and tab, it’s just a bag- I could live with that and it’s my fault for not reading the description carefully. But the messy, leaky packaging and the taste- not for me. I ordered Amazon brand instead. At 2 cents a bag, it’s worth a shot!

Harder-to-get U.K. import, superb quality.
Real tea drinkers: don't buy the U.S. Tetley tea bags. get this UK import instead. Learn how to brew tea properly: 6 oz cup, 70 ( not 60 or 80) seconds of brewing. Use only whole milk,2% in an emergency. And oh yes, avoid anything with "Lipton" on the label. I threw out 7 jars of Lipton instant after waking up to its latter-day cardboard taste.

just the best. I make a large jig-full of tea (can't carry a tea-pot any more, being lop-sided in weight somehow) and can use 1 bag for 2 cups easily. good value
