after hearing a few ppl talk about red light therapy, I thought it might be helpful for my leg and back pain. I asked AI for recommendations of red light therapy devices and this was one they included for consideration as it is tested for light dosage where cheaper unknown brands are not. The other brands they listed for consideration were considerably more expensive. This has helped quite a bit with my pain. The directions suggest using the lower setting and building up. I've tried the higher settings and found the lower settings work better for me so far. Figured the mat would be easiest to use while resting on my bed and keep it rolled up next to the bed so I can pull it out at ease. its very light weight so it is easy to relax with it laying over my legs. the hook strip (i.e. hook and loop/ velcro) is handy for keeping it rolled up and makes it easy to wrap around my lower legs. it seems fairly well built. thinking of getting a second one so full body treatment is easier/ quicker. The ability to plug the two mats together makes that easy.

The Bestqool Redot M Red Light Therapy unit and the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt have both exceeded my expectations. I have been doing red light therapy for about a year now, but have always found it challenging to find the time to do it regularly because of the set up involved and needing to go to the space where my other units are located. These units make it so much easier to use anywhere and when I’m done, I can just roll them up and store them away. Because of the flexibility, I can use them easily while sitting in the couch watching television or listening to music, or even while I’m at the kitchen table eating dinner. Behind the ease of use, they actually work! I mainly use the Redot M unit on my back and I use the Therapy Belt everywhere else. The therapy belt can wrap around problem areas on my legs, arms, and even core section. Each unit has several modes to help you accomplish your goals. I’ve primarily used them for pain relief and reducing inflammation and have very positive results for both. There is a noticeable warmth that is comfortable and in combination with the infrared light’s deep penetration, I get daily relief in the areas I use them. I would strongly recommend the Bestqool Redot M and/or the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchases.

I bought this in July 2025 and I’m still using it a year later. I mainly use it for my lower back, knees and shoulders, and for me it helps a lot with soreness and pain. I like that it uses 660nm red and 850nm infrared light and is marketed as a clinical-grade unit, so I specifically wanted something stronger than the really cheap red light mats out there. The size is great too. I can lay on it, put it over me like a blanket, or wrap it around different areas. I even use the lowest setting on my face sometimes. After a year it still works great. Definitely one of those purchases I’m glad I made.

I purchased this for pain relief and with prolonged & continued use-it’s going the job. I chose this item and brand because it plugs into DC power, which makes it easy, but really wish that I had a choice of DC/AC for those times WHEN I AM IN THE CAR THAT WASN’T A DEALBREAKER WHEN I PURCHASED THIS, BUT AGAIN IT’S JUST. I also chose it for the ease of cleaning. I like the idea of having the cover over LED lights for ease and cleaning and protection. I also like the idea of a Warranty so that I didn’t just put the money out on a red light product that had the potential to break relatively. So it’s been 4 months and still going strong. Would I purchased this brand again, heck yes! I gave this four stars only because of my current wish to be able to do DC power also so what I’m saying is it gets five stores overall for the product and I dinged it one star for my change of heart about being able to do AC/DC

I decided to try the red light therapy belt primarily for my hip area that I had been having extreme pain in for about the past 6 months. I’ve tried everything to relieve the pain but nothing has helped. I figured I had nothing to loose by trying the red light therapy. After doing a lot of research and reading reviews I decided on this particular brand. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and I’ve actually started to notice some improvement in my hip. One thing I noticed immediately was my quality of sleep. That actually caught me by surprise because I’ve never had trouble sleeping and didn’t realize my sleep could be improved. I’ve also been using it from under my chin down my neck to my abdomen in hopes that it will also help with my neck area. I did take before pics of my neck and I look forward to taking after pics once I see those results.

Very happy so far with the product. I had it about a week. Seems we'll made. I accidentally unplug it at times but that is better than pulling the power cord out and doing damage. I assume this is by design. I use it on my hip and it relaxes the muscles. I am very happy with the results so far. Update: 6/8/25 The cord unplugging vs pulling on the unit has saved me a few times. I Sit at my desk but also have a standing desk so I may move some. I have used it and ended up getting up so this has been a very nice safety feature assuming that was the idea behind the design. As for the product itself. It works way better then my heating pad did on my hip and muscle pain. At minimum it is a very very good heating pad. I find that my heating pad can get hot to the touch and the red light pad always is safe to touch. However, over time my hip is hotter with the red light then the heating pad. I will be sweating and the heat seems to radiate off of me after removing the red light pad. I have noticed my muscles are more loose after using the red light pad. I just threw the heating pad in the back of the closet and have not touched it. Long term affects it still may be early to say. I also have a hip surgery scheduled to deal with torn cartilage. I believe the pad will be very helpful. I have used it around my belly as well. I might as well since I have it. Since finding out I need surgery I did take a break from PT and exercise to let my hip relax (about 2 months). However, I have had a couple comments that I seem to be getting slimmer from others. No change in diet and less exercise so that is very interesting. Update 8/15/25 Had an issue where a section of LEDS went out. I use it at least 90 minutes everyday. I reached out to customer support and got Nancy. She was very helpful. She asked me questions on the usage. Then we emailed back. They sent me a replacement right away. I was very happy with the quick support. Very nice and efficient. Really happy with how efficient support was.

My husband ordered the large Mat. He had major back reconstructive surgery 3 years ago. Evidently scar tissue has built up around the site causing him even more discomfort daily, than before the surgery. After using the RLT pad, within the first week of use, he saw a huge difference in his discomfort level and it continues to improve. His first major relief since the surgery. (He has tried chiropractic, acupuncture, dry needling, and deep tissue massage.) This pad is a game changer! Not to mention the other benefits of RLT And Near In-fared therapy. Directions are a little confusing, but so far the product is working well. Have t had long enough to see received in my gluteal tendonopothy.

I suffer from chronic back pain, following herniated disc surgery. This device works very well to alleviate the pain. It also relaxes the back muscles a lot, I am much less stiff. The device has a power cord with an adapter, so you will need a socket nearby. It doesn't work on batteries. I bought a 20.000 mAh powerbank separately (not included), in order to be able to move through my house with the belt on freely. The device comes with a cord which fits into a powerbank. The device also has a 'pocket' in which you can place the powerbank. The material is very pleasant, it feels nice against the skin. I am very pleased with the device, it makes a real difference.

This belt is of high quality and well designed. The handbook is simple, yet comprehensive enough. It's easy to use, despite there being some differences between the booklet description and the actual programming unit - for example, the booklet mentions timing of 20 minutes, but the timer is in 15-minute units. I've only had it for a few days and so far I've tried it on my hands, my feet and my abdomen. It's comfortable to use, but I miss a 'beep!' when the timer ends. Furthermore, whether it's AI or real people, I don't care - their customer support is of the highest quality: speedy, personal and effective. Many companies could learn from Bestqool!

Ich bin Neueinsteiger auf dem Gebiet und habe mir diese Infrarotlichtmatte in Hauptsache für die Stärkung von Immun- systems und die Unterstützung der Mitochondrien gekauft, aber der Rotlichttherapie werden ja noch eine ganz Menge mehr positive Wirkungen nachgesagt. Mein erster Eindruck ist sehr positiv. Ich habe mir die Redot L gekauft, die den ganzen Oberkörper abdeckt und potenziell mit einer zweiten Matte des Typs auf eine Ganzkörpermatte ausgebaut werden kann. Die Lieferung war schnell und der Kundenservice scheint gut zu sein. Ich denke, die Matte hat mir schon bei einem Problem gut geholfen, denn ich hatte plötzlich starke Schmerzen im Oberarm beim Anheben des Armes und die sind nach einigen Behandlungen weitestgehend wieder weg. Also der erste Einruck ist sehr positiv. Der Preis ist auch ok.
