This panel is extremely heavy for ceiling installation, even with the strongest adhesive. I believe the advertisement is misleading. I purchased three packs and paid a builder for two days of work, only for him to eventually say we would need to remove them and use polystyrene panels instead. It is always impossible to make straight cuts without breaking the panel. A complete waste of money.

To be honest I was kind of on the fence about this order since the reviews I’d read were very mixed and I’m on the picky side. But they are totally worth the money. I have a bad back so I had to do it in sections but if your body works properly then this would be a super easy install. I used a very thin layer of construction adhesive cuz it’s what I had on hand and because the panels are so light it took no time for them to stick. They’re also much larger than I had envisioned in my head so I had 4 left over. Some reviewers said they didn’t cut easily or they cracked so I did some text cuts but I just used a normal pair of scissors and only had one small crack on a curve I was doing around my light fixture. I put some of the adhesive on the backside of the crack and let it dry and now you can’t even tell at all. The best past is that they actually look like tin! I would absolutely recommend these to anyone for a fun quick diy upgrade!

Very easy to install and looks great on the ceiling. Very lightweight and flexible. We used the lock-tight construction glue to adhere, and a pair of sharp scissors to cut.

I did not use these in a ceiling and instead used them to add texture to a wall which I think is mentioned as an option on the listing. They are not all cut perfectly square so I had to lay down black masking tape to cover up some of the gaps since they did not line up perfectly and you could see white wall behind them. They are also very difficult to cut if needed when a partial one is needed to fit to an edge of a wall, in some spots they just cracked and crumbled even though it is recommended to just use scissors. They look great with a few tips and tricks and only the person that installed them would see the minor blemishes in the installation.

These large 24x24 inch ceiling or wall panels worked perfect for my DIY backboard. We just replaced our queen bed for a king and didn’t want to spend more for a new bed frame and all. The larger panels cover more area and need less sticky stuff to hang them up. I used double sided gorilla tape. I cut 2 small squares for each corner. I also bought some wall trim for the edges to try and give it a border or finished look. These are paintable as well. I love it! DIY it my friend! Make it your own.

Easy way to cover a not perfect ceiling. This went over our bathtub. It glued up nicely. It wasn't hard to cut I use scissors. I think it's an inexpensive way to fix what could be a harder problem to solve. No sanding no spackling no painting. We have done it in another bathroom well over a year ago and it has stayed in place and looks great. Whereas we had painted the ceiling of the bathroom twice since we've owned the house in 6 years and it just peels like immediately! There are no vents in the bathroom just a window. Highly recommend.
