There is a similar one on amazon for 19 odd pounds looks exactly like this one but im worried it might just be the blade on its own. What do you think

It's definitely not the real thing for that price unless it's used and someone if offloading it very cheap.

If you have a kitchen aid then I would say go for that, easier to replace parts etc and it's great value.
