Using weekly for Mounjaro
I’ve been using these bottles with sterile h2O to dilute Mounjaro to 2.5mg. I’m grateful to be able to obtain these little bottles. I’ve lost 20 lbs but need to get serious again and continue losing. They came in a box and none were broken.

Hard to open but otherwise fine. Not vacuum bottles! Draw out air first before adding liquids!
The plastic cover is hard to remove and distorts the rim of the metal cap when pulled off. Also if you use these with short needle insulin syringes, put the needle in the middle of the rubber stopper. The edges are too thick for these short needles. Also remember that you MUST pull air from the empty vial before you try to add liquids otherwise you will create pressure and your medications will not mix properly or you may lose some because of back pressure. When adding a milliliter of dilution liquid, I DRAW out a milliliter of air first, then add the liquid. When I add another half milliliter of medication, I first draw out the 0.5ml of air. If you don’t do this, then you may blow the medication out of the drug syringe and waste the medication. The same applies with drawing out your doses for injection. Put in the same volume of air first with the vial upright, then flip the vial over and draw out your dose. This is basic stuff, but hardly anyone uses vials at home anymore. I thought a refresher might be helpful… after I forgot a few times myself! And I am a medical person.

Had to break Monjouro doses up
Had to shoot pens into viles to get the right dose of diabetic meds. Worked perfect.

Works well to transfer medicine for smaller doses
I receive medication in a prefilled one-time release pen and needed to divide up the dose into smaller ones. These sterile vials were perfect to transfer the medicine, and later draw out with an insulin syringe to the smaller dose I needed. Would def purchase again. Knowing that medication was kept clean and sterile within this vial was important to me.Disclaimer, I'm in the medical field so I felt comfortable doing this, but it is an easy process.

Sterile? Probably not
Why does the box have an EO sterilization sticker and the product description says steam sterilization? That doesn’t make sense. My guess is someone put fake EO stickers on in an effort to make it seem realistic without knowing what it actually means.
