The starter came fully assembled and had an extra line and handle. The kit also came with hardware to assemble the starter to the engine. I just bolted the starter on and it works great.

Lasted less than 60 days.
I bought this product on May 11th and the rope broke less than 60 days after purchase (not where it was connected to the housing but right in the middle of the rope). It's junk - source it somewhere else.
