Let's get the negatives out of the way first. I bought this only for the cd player so these next few details don't matter to me. Having tried the FM radio I found it couldn't really pick up anything but I have plenty of other radios. I found the Bluetooth a bit of a hassle but I'm sure that will be ok. I chose the KLIM after considering buying a refurbished Sony Discman. I love the wood effect body and the case is a nice extra. The first album I decided to play was Steve Cropper's 'Friendlytown' which I have only just bought from Amazon. By the way it's a great album! I first played it on my hi-fi system to give myself a reference point then tried it with the KLIM. I tried the supplied earphones and was slightly horrified at the sound. I then plugged in an old pair of over ear headphones and it sounded superb! No real surprise to me as I have never really liked those little earphones which come with phones etc. How can a tiny speaker give you the same listening experience as a larger speaker? I then decided to try an album which I have listened to hundreds of times, Mike Oldfield's 'Tubular Bells'. That album features a multitude of instruments played at various sound levels and the KLIM did an excellent job of reproducing every instrument the way it was intended. I would always recommend auditioning audio equipment with some music that you know very well as not all equipment is up to the job. The EQ settings are very good and I'm sure that one of them should keep most people happy. As I said if you're after a very good portable cd player this will do the job but do yourself a favour and get a decent pair of headphones as well.

Having recently bought the new Beatles Red & Blue Albums on CD, it seemed like a good idea to replace an old broken portable CD player with something modern. I looked at the specs of this and thought it was worth a punt. My scepticism was utterly blown away by both how well this product works, but particularly for the undocumented feature that is in the product's excellently written manual, but oddly missing from the sales information. Yes it plays back CDs, yes it's got an FM radio and yes it plays back MP3s from a 32GB Micro SD Card (which you need to purchase separately. Now here's the thing, it will also RECORD CDs and Radio to a Micro SD Card. The recording quality is superb. I have two small criticisms. It has a built-in audio spectrum display on its LCD panel, which to be honest is too slow and therefore is a completely useless feature. It would have been wonderful if they had built-in CD Text decoding instead. There is no FM stereo decoder, so radio stations are in mono sound only. This has to be one of my favourite devices for its style and functionality. Grab one whilst you can.

So impressed with this CD player, you can see the company are so proud of their product and send a little welcome envelope with extras telling you all about them. The item itself is brilliant, it came fully charged and I still haven’t needed to charge it several weeks later. It has all the features you would expect such as random shuffle and programmable track order. Sound quality is excellent. It’s lightweight but very well made. Good value for money. I’m listening to so many of my old cds again which is never think to listen to since I started using iPhone digital versions instead, and it’s way more fun. I’ve actually started buying cds again too. Also this player has Bluetooth so it’s easy to play through the home stereos and car. It’s actually quicker than digitising through the computer and adding to the iPhone too, there is still a place for cds and this player is perfect.

Bought two, one me and one for my daughter as car CD players. the quality of construction and sound is very good. Blue tooth pairing with both cars was ultimately successful but very clunky and off putting for quick repeat use.

Don’t normally get as excited as this, but been looking at this for some time - I have over 2000 albums & god know how many singles in iCloud on my phone. I have every single cd I’ve ever owned on my 160GB Classic IPod. But you can’t find every compilation album out there, I have thousands of cds in a box & given vinyl is back. It’s these incredible features of technology Bluetooth on a portable cd player !!! Really, I’ve spent thousands of pounds over the decades with sound systems. Pro logic Kenwoods stack systems & Sony you name it. I have a stunning Bose system all Bluetooth & this incredible bit of kit engaged straight away & the sound well it was like - have that!!! Stunning!!! If you have a cd you want to hear or as like me of an age that music is just everything in the world & want to dust off some seriously good CD’s then this is the tool - the reviews speak for themselves 🎶🎵👍🏻

The unit looks very nice and well built and easy to use. The sound with the included earphones is very nice but better with my Sony wf-1000xm3 so Bluetooth connectivity is definitely a plus. Before buying I contacted Klim Directly and they answered very fast end effectively.

Works very well connected to my blue tooth speaker. It also works well connected to my car system (Ford Kuga PHEV). Very acceptable sound, no skipping in the car.

Beware of this product once you get by the beautiful wooden appearance: The instructions are beautifully presented but you need a microscope to read them. The accessories are a decent thought but my MAIN bug is that it doesn't remember the track where you left off from. Instead, you have to programme it after your night-time usage, to remember where to start tomorrow. My current player does not look as glamourous but by Jove it remembers where I left off.

Gelijk dag er na weer terug gestuurd: Display werkte niet. Terugbetaling gaat erg veel tijd over heen na aankomst(> 3 weken eer er gemeld wordt, dat de uitbetaling gedaan gaat worden.

In an ocean of cheaply made, cheaply presented consumer electronics, it is a breath of fresh air to see a company making an attempt to provide a quality experience. The KLIM Nomad may be slightly more expensive than the alternatives but the player itself is well-built, feels solid, and provides features that go beyond the basics. The packed-in case and earbuds are of good quality... especially for things that are provided for "free". The brown felt CD case was NOT included. I bought that separately and is well paired with the player's case. The Nomad's LCD display is a full dot-matrix display (not the segmented LCDs found on other players). This means that it can display the full filenames of mp3 files. It plays regular audio CDs just fine. But it also supports MP3CDs (data CDs containing .mp3 files). In the photo are 3 MP3CDs that I've burned for use with the Nomad. These discs hold 700MB max, or 80 minutes of audio... but when burned as data CDs with .mp3 files, I can fit between 6 and 8 hours of music. These MP3CDs are also good for burning audiobooks in .mp3 format. The Nomad includes a microSD card slot for mp3 files. Super handy! If someone is looking for a newly manufactured portable CD player, I highly recommend the Nomad... especially in woodgrain! Because for us old cavemen, electronics should have woodgrain.

L’apparecchio produce un effetto nostalgia garantito. Superato tale effetto, si rivela un oggetto carino e funzionale, con quel simpatico color legno (è plastica in realtà, ma è carino), con la batteria ricaricabile e la possibilità di inserire schede SD, oltre a consentire, naturalmente, l’ascolto dei compact disc. Suona bene, se non si hanno pretese da audiofilo e a patto di usare un buon paio di cuffie. Le funzioni aggiuntive (Bluetooth, scheda SD, lettore mp3) sono interessanti e possono rivelarsi utili. Bello e funzionale il packaging nonché gli accessori ivi contenuti. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

C'est pas normal de recevoir un appareil griffé même pas utilisé je renvoie direct perte de temps je mécontent.

Ce lecteur cd portable est vraiment très bien. Joli en couleur bois, son de très bonne qualité, la batterie a une très bonne autonomie, le Bluetooth s'est très bien connecté à mes différents appareils, très satisfait
