I couldn’t find a touch lamp that I liked the look of, I don’t like having to feel around, knocking stuff over, in the dark trying to find the on switch. This has an on/off switch built into the base which I find handy. The switch also functions as the dimmer, although I don’t use this function, it does work. This was a great price for an industrial style lamp, with the added benefit of it being dimmable.

I can't take bright lights, I can't replace ceiling lamp bulbs, I use it in my galley kitchen, it's bright,without a shade so the light gets through, the bulb doesn't dazzle me, being metal I can keep it clean, other ordinary lamps just got into a mess

i am in love. comes with the bulb which was such a relief and it’s easy to assemble, you just screw it in. there are different brightness settings and the cable is a perfect length to be able to plug it in and have it on a desk.

Have been looking for a light to use when I'm writing and as I am very light sensitive I can't stand those bright lights. This is so easy to put together and the three settings are perfect. Highly recommend.
