I purchased Rook's Textbook of Dermatology, 4‑Volume Set, which is supposed to include four large books. However, I received only one volume instead of the complete set. I requested a replacement on February 2, but nothing ever happened. I genuinely don’t understand how such a major mistake could occur. Delivering a single book when the listing clearly states a four‑volume set is extremely unprofessional. This experience has been disappointing, and I am seriously not satisfied with the service provided.
