I frequently have sinus headaches and migraines. I'm often cold. I find this heated mask very soothing. I do not concern myself with burns or falling asleep because I know it will automatically shut off. The fit is comfortable and I am able to ease off to sleep. This has been a great product for me.

For the brief time I've had it, I've used this product quite a bit. I like it. It does a pretty good job of warming the sinuses. However, don't get this product with the idea of warming eyelids; I doubt any item with eyeholes will accomplish that. That it's tethered to an outlet is a blessing and a curse. Obviously, there's no running out of power, but the power cord can be a pain. But there are enough disconnects that the cord can be ran to a convenient location and left, and then the mask may be plugged in at that point. I like that various time increments can be selected and there's a time remaining and temperature level readout.

This is my 2nd one. First worked for 3 days then stopped. Having trouble with the 2nd one as well with getting it to turn and stay on. As far as the product when it works normally, very pleased. Basically a heating pad for your nose and forehead. The fit is good and the heat is fine. I have not had a headache since using it. Minimum, it is very relaxing and comfortable.

Have tried several different heat therapy products for sinus inflammation and have had to return, but this mask is easy to use, it is adjustable and fits face appropriately in the right areas, stays in place and has multiple settings. Works great, comfortable, it's a keeper!

Very effective! I have had this for over a year, or more than a year, and it is my go-to when I have a really bad migraine; even my sister uses it.

I love the idea of not having to keep putting a pain relief mask in the microwave, or re-heating a washcloth in finger burning-hot water. So I bought one of these that you plug in, with a light relatively unobtrusive electric cord. It eve allows you to spray a water mist on the inside of the mask prior to heating for a moist heath therapy. All good. But alas, the execution is seriously off. First, there is no clear marking as to which is the top of the mask and which is the bottom; they both look the same. But when you put the mask on, one side fits over the nose (way down over the nose making it difficult to breath) and the other way: my goodness! They eye holes are over the eyebrows and the eyes are covered by the mask. So that makes it clear which way they intend for you the wear it. Then I discovered that the bottom part of the mask becomes noticeably warmer than the rest of the mask. If your headache is centered over the eyebrow ridgeline, as mine sometimes is. that can be a great thing. But when the headache is high on my forehead, which it often is, I have to move and shove the mask around to heat the areas needing the most therapy. I suspect that the uneven heating was not by design but rather a manufacturing flaw. The next problem is that the eye holes eliminate` heat therapy surface from a portion of the mask. If, like me, you need to move the mask up to the top of your nose, the cutouts for the eyes now are where heat should be applied. Last problem, as with almost every available head pain therapy mask. This mask sits right over my ears, and overheats or even burns them if I crank up the heat level to high. I like the idea of an electric heat mask but for me, this mask did not get it right.

Best gadget I’ve ever bought! I had terrible sinus pain and was covering my face with a regular heating pad. That felt good but then I got on Amazon… there had to be something better. This Sinus Relief Mask came by the next morning. Super easy to use, fits perfectly, and gets just the right degree of hot to provide relief. Love it!!!

Seriously not happy item sold on uk amazon market item arrives with non Uk power plug and not even one that fits into a shaver converter plug. 🔌 will be returning this for a full refund as I won’t trust it enough to use.
