The text is very informative and the pictures are typical DK ( In other words stunning ) OK there is the odd mistake , for example on page 158 it says The Massey Ferguson 1080 was fitted with a Perkins 6 cylinder engine. It wasn't, it was actually fitted with a Perkins A4.318 engine having 4 cylinders ( Had it been fitted with a Perkins 6 cylinder like it's bigger sister The 1100 it would probably have been a better tractor, but that's another story! ) That does not distract from it being a 5 star book and my little boy (Who too young to read yet ) loves looking at the gorgeous photos with me. If you just required one book about the history and development of the farm tractor, this is the one to have.
