Its changed my working life. I commute in the morning to London and it takes 1 hour 20 minutes if I leave at 6 am. Every minute over 6 am costs me 1.5 minutes because of traffic, so if I leave at 6.30, it takes me around 2 hours. Saturo is God-send. I don’t need to spend time making breakfast and eating it in stress of traffic. I don’t need to mix any powders and blend, then pour into a bottle, then wash the bottle etc… I just grab the ready to drink Saturo and I am on my way. I have it while commuting and that saves me valuable time in the morning. I start early and achieve a lot. I also have one for lunch and it saves me a lot of hassle as I return to work quickly. Taste: I love it. Its so good that I have it slowly to savour it and enjoy it. I crave it on weekends or when I am travelling internationally. My favourite is the basic unflavoured one. Chocolate is good too but it feels like having chocolate milk (a bit desserty). I don’t like the taste of coffee Saturo. I like my coffee separately anyway. Feeling: After I finish a bottle, I feel just right in terms of satisfaction. Not too filling but definitely enough. I tried another ready to drink product and it was 400 calories and 400 ml. That wasn’t enough. Saturo is just right for me at 500 calories and 500 ml. Balanced: This has helped me regulate my calories in a balanced way and I have become fitter and I believe healthier because of the oats. Packaging: The bottle is not too thick and I hope it’s not too much of a burden on the environment. I recycle and the benefit is that I don’t have to wash and waste water and detergent. Convenience: I don’t need to think about food anymore. Frees my mind for more important stuff during the weekdays. Weekends are for indulgence! Highly recommended!

Purchased for my father who is 85 and has Parkinson’s disease. Due to the constant tremble in his muscles he expends energy all of the time and his protein levels had fallen along with his iron. Initially we tried him on protein specific shakes used for bodybuilding etc but in his words they were bloody revolting. In desperation I searched the web until I found these gems. In for a penny I bought twelve and they have been brilliant - he has half a drink a day heated up as hot chocolate before bed (with a crafty spoonful of sugar to give him a little more energy). He sleeps brilliantly now he is maintaining weight, he looks and feels better. Best of all however is that they taste great so no more gritty, chalky protein drinks or piles of vitamins and minerals 😀

Great product for me. Has a chocolate taste but some hints of milk and aspartame (artificial sweetener) too. I'm fine with the sweetener, it's good that this drink is low in sugar and the sweeteners are safe to consume. Thanks for being gluten-free, unlike Soylent. It tastes fine at room temperature, there's no need to refrigerate before drinking like it says on the label in my opinion. Quite expensive however, even for 500 Calories. Worth noting that this DOES NOT make me feel full, so I'm sceptical of its abilities for weight loss. It's also less than 25% of my daily requirement as a moderately active person. It also contains vitamin D and, in the case of the coffee flavour, caffeine, both of which can cause insomnia if consumed in the evening. This is why vitamin D supplements say to consume them in the morning. So this might be better suited as a breakfast or lunch replacement.

This one really surprised me! It literally tastes like the small chocolate milk I used to drink in my childhood. Best from the fridge, I keep them at work & at home. You can also get them in 500ml but for me the 330ml is plenty. Keeps me full for like 3 hours, sometimes longer. Also, no bad sugar & great nutrients in it. If you are looking for something convenient that tastes good, fills you up & has great nutrients for your body look no further!

Nutritionally this was the best premix replacement drink I could find on the market - high fibre, high protein, low sugar, great! The chocolate flavour was nice (not too sweet), but the drink has quite a weird oily feel to it that makes it sit poorly in the stomach. Given the price, I was hoping for something that felt a bit more like a milkshake. Perhaps if they had a non-vegan variant based on milk it might feel less artificial. Overall, I'll be trying something else next time.

If you're looking for a chocolatey delicious shake... You're probably not looking in the right place. These shakes aren't designed to be delicious. They're designed to meet dietary needs and be palatable. Smell - pretty neutral, doesn't smell like chocolate, smells like a meal replacement shake. Taste - you can taste chocolate, not milk chocolate, but a coco chocolate. Its palatable taste. Consistency - no lumps, no bumps, just a surprisingly smooth consistency. Price - overly priced like every shake on the market. I went for the saturo because its 100 extra more calories than its leading competitor. There isn't much to say really. Most shakes designed as meal replacements, are pretty bland and taste fine if you aren't picky. They're all seemingly made to meet dietary and nutritional needs. I don't exactly savour the taste as much as I drink it in one and go about my day knowing I've just had a meal. I ordered these as my usual meal replacement shakes were out of stock and I need a ready to drink shake for my breakfast. I was hoping they would at least be ok, but they're not. the chocolate flavour is passable, but the texture of the drink is very unpleasant, powdery, almost chalky, with sometimes nasty clumps in it, even when you shake well before drinking. The drink isn't sweet at all, which makes it taste weird, the oats in it give it a horrible, almost green under taste and it left a terrible taste in my mouth which wouldn't wash away for a long time. Worst of all, instead of feeling full for a good four hours, I was hungry again within half an hour of drinking this. These shakes were very expensive, and in these days wasting food is not to be thought of, so I will have to drink another ten of these, but it's not going to be fun, and I certainly won't buy anymore.

remember the taste of the soylent RTD that was briefly available in the UK some time ago? saturo is 99% identical, but cheaper, with more available flavours, and two size options. perfect for those who want more of a drink instead of a milkshake. if you’re not already familiar with the taste: think chocolate cereal milk. great to see the company come this far after the launch of the original 500ml green bottle. my only complaint is that the package I received expires in two months - something that’s clearly been sitting in Amazon’s warehouse for quite some time - when the company states that these should have a 12 month shelf life. —- the above refers to the previous 330/500ml formula. the new 400ml bottles are using a new, and in my opinion inferior, formula. saturo is now slightly thicker, making it harder to drink. more importantly, the sweetener overpowers the chocolate flavour, and leaves a bad aftertaste. the ingredient list is simpler, sure, but it’s at the expense of taste. incredibly disappointing that saturo took a good product and made it worse. the fact that 330/500ml options are completely sold out and not being replenished on the main saturo store probably means they intend only to produce the 400ml version going forward, which I will not be purchasing. another one bites the dust.

Buono, compatto: l’ideale da portare in ufficio o comunque fuori casa come sostituto del pasto. In più ha anche la chiusura ecologica col tappino che non si stacca.

Bonjour, d'habitude je n'utilise pas ce genre de produits, mais la j'ai voulu essayer pour voir (ne serais ce que pour m'apporter quelques nutriments) en complément d'une alimentation normale, j'en boit une demie bouteille le matin et je la fini le lendemain, le gout chocolat est bon et naturel, très facile de le digérer, je recommande.

Was im ersten Moment klingen mag wie ein japanischer Samurai, ist in Wirklichkeit der neue gesunde Food-Trend. Aufmerksam wurde ich auf Saturo, nachdem ich einen Artikel zu Syolent aus den USA gelesen hatte und nach einer hier erhältlichen Alternative gesucht habe. Der große Vorteil hier, es kommt als schon fertig gemischter Drink, anstatt als Pulver wie viele andere Produkte dieser Art. Das macht Saturo noch praktischer, da man nicht selbst einen klumpigen Brei anrühren muss und so direkt die wiederverschließbare Flasche mitnehmen kann, einfach Schütteln, Deckel ab und eine schnelle und nahrhafte Mahlzeit genießen. Außerdem sind die Flaschen auch ungekühlt sehr lange haltbar (bei meiner Lieferung noch ca. 6 Monate), besser schmeckts jedoch leicht gekühlt. Apropos Geschmack, Saturo Schokolade schmeckt nicht wirklich einen stark hervorstechenden Geschmack und ich würde es geschmacklich nicht mit z.B. Schokomilch vergleichen. Von der Konsistenz her leicht dickflüssig schmeckt es unaufdringlich süß und lässt sich gut trinken. Auch die angegebene Sättigungszeit von ca. 3 Stunden kann ich bestätigen, schon beim Austrinkender Flasche fühlt man sich, als hätte man eine vollwertige Mahlzeit gegessen und da eine Flasche Saturo so ziemlich Alles enthält, was an Vitaminen, Mineralien und Nährstoffen für den Körper zu brauchen ist, kann man ohne Probleme entweder Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen durch eine Flasche ersetzen. Dreimal am Tag möchte ich es nun nicht trinken, aber wie ein anderer Rezensent bereits erwähnte, gut essen kann man ja trotzdem noch und eine sinnvolle Nahrungsergänzung ist es allemal, zudem ein normales Gericht bei mir meist nicht Alles enthält, was wichtig ist. Nach den ersten 12 Flaschen (ich habe jeden Tag eine getrunken) stellte sich bei mir auch noch kein Überdruss ein, sodass ich mit Sicherheit nochmal ein Paket bestellen werde. Die Lieferung war übrigens recht zügig und sicher verpackt.
