Is it safe for oled tv screens?

This product was designed with OLED TVs in mind, and will be perfectly safe for them, as long as all use instructions are followed. Please be sure to not let the product get into the electronics through vents, and make sure the screen is off and cool to the touch when cleaning.

Is this safe to use on a Samsung frame tv with the new matte finish?
