Can you highlight over the ink

I just tested them now, it looks like the black smears a lot no matter how long you leave it to dry. However the blue ink barely smears even right after using it, and pink does not at all.These are the only colours I have at the moment, hope this helps!

How stable is the ink (water resistance, fade, etc)?

It is the opposite of water resistance. I like this pen because it makes me feel good at hand writing, more than fountain pens. It is very smooth, but a drop of water could smudge the writings.

Do these smear and or smudge if you use alcohol markers?

yes they smear, even with normal use, was not thrilled with them

Nice drawing and writing pen

The first set I purchased were really well, nice and comfortable to write and draw with. The second purchase seemed to spray ink a bit when drawing etc. almost like there was a small split in the nibs which caused it to splash ink. All in all though I’ve found them alright value for money with the amount you get and how long they last.
