Really good quality Mic
I've been trying different microphones for podcast interviews and voiceovers for screen recordings and haven't found a good one until I finally decided to try this one. It doesn't disappoint. It's clear, good quality, and sounds nice. I use it with a Scarlett 2i2 audio interface with an XLR splitter for both left and right channels. It sounds awesome.

Nice Mic
So, I wanted a RODE mic for a very long time, Iโm a musician who plays Christian Black Metal ๐ธ ๐ค๐ปI didnโt think ๐ค thereโd be a cheaper RODE mic. ๐ค I originally thought ๐ญ of a $250-$700 mic ๐๏ธ, but after seeing good and bad reviews on higher end mics youโre not getting away from that anymore. Why not save some money ๐ด and buy a Pod dynamic mic ๐๏ธ ? Itโs cheaper has MOSTLY high reviews instead of low reviews and it has a built in pop filter which works AMAZING ๐คฉ. Just like cheaper other brands of guitars ๐ธ that work fine, cheaper ๐๏ธ mics work fine too, so far so good. The ONLY complaint I do have is everybodyโs right about the boom ๐ฅ arm being lighter than the actual mic ๐๏ธ itself. But I am keeping it for now and weโll see what happens. One last thing, you have to turn this particular mic ๐๏ธ up higher on the interface you have because not all ๐๏ธ mics are the same.

Good not great
This does not have the same sound quality as the Procaster. Kinda obvious because of the price difference, but it is promoted as sounding great. It's good, not great.

Beware
The only good about this is the mic, didnโt even receive the xlr cable and the boom arm is worthless and will end up ordering another boom arm. Itโs short and flimsy. I never usually write reviews but this one definitely annoyed me.
