is there a hammer feature on this drill please ?

This is a drill driver no percussion so no hammer feature.

Is it any good for masonary

Although people have used this on masonry, it is NOT built for masonry and does not have a hammer drill feature for masonry. A percussion drill/combi drill is what you need for masonry.

What’s the difference between the ryobi one plus drills?

This is the only drill from ryobi that I v bought the battery is ok for the drill but doesn’t last on the mitre saw you r supposed to get 60 cuts lucky to get 10 I would check the power outage if you r going to be running any other tools from ryobi haven’t had time to look in to that as yet but there s different tools out there with ryobi brushless motors are out with them now battery wise I d ask in store for heavy use might need a bigger wattage battery
