what age is the spinner from?

It says from birth to 6 months for spinner then u can remove the spinner and just use as an activity mat. However, my daughter hated the spinner until she could hold her head up a bit on her own (as with most "tummy time"!) so we used it without the spinner initially, we had it from 4 weeks. Used spinner from around 12 weeks.

Is the mat machine washable?

Yes, but wash it in wash bag in washing machine.

What's the size of packaging? because we will need to put it in a luggage.

If u take it out of the box it should fit in your luggage no problem. The Mat is quite small. The middle bit where your child will go on would take up more room
