GuruNanda Oil Pulling Alcohol Free Mouthwash with Vitamins, CocoMint, 3x8oz

Let me start by saying at first I was not a big fan of the whole mouth full of oil, but honestly this mouthwash surprised me. The minty burst of flavor really compliments the oil and makes it more enjoyable to do oil pulling. It has such a pleasant after taste and leaves my mouth feeling not only super clean but really refreshed afterwards. I also enjoy the benefits that clove and oregano oil have to offer as they are highly recommend for healing cavities, as well as all the additional beneficial essential oils. I would definitely recommend this for someone looking to restore their teeth through the oil pulling method.

Because I’m into natural alternatives, I hadn’t had my teeth professionally cleaned in over 10 years. I never had an issues, so I avoided the chemicals. I chose to take on oil pulling and oral hygiene methods myself. This is the product I’ve been using for several years now, it works wonderfully!When I did finally make an appointment, my dental hygienist was shocked by the immaculate condition of my teeth. I had no plaque, no cavities, and she said my teeth looked like someone who was 20, not almost 40. I still had a layer of some sort of enamel that usually wears off over the years. She told me “oil pulling has really worked for you!!”When I was pregnant, I developed an aversion to coconut oil, so I had to find an alternative to regular coconut oil. We stumbled upon this, and now it’s my favorite product to use. The taste is minty and pleasant. I find it much easier to swish for a long period of time. The oil becomes very thin after a few minutes, so a little goes a long way. The bottle is large and lasts a very long time. Worth the money.My breath is super fresh afterwards, like I used mouthwash (please don’t ever use regular mouthwash!!) and I feel confident that my breath is fresh. My smile is white, like I use whitening strips, but I don’t.I can’t recommend this product enough!

I’m really impressed with this pulling oil! I’ve used other mouth rinses before, but this gives me a completely different kind of clean feeling. After swishing it and following up with brushing, my mouth feels incredibly fresh, smooth, and thoroughly clean.The combination of coconut oil and essential oils gives it a refreshing taste without feeling overly harsh. Just shake it well, swish for a couple of minutes, spit, rinse, and then brush. I appreciate that it’s designed to be used alongside regular brushing and flossing rather than replacing them.The fresh-mouth feeling afterward is definitely my favorite part. It leaves me feeling like I’ve gotten a really thorough clean, and my breath feels fresh afterward as well.Overall, I’m very happy with this pulling oil and will definitely continue using it. What I LIKE:*A complete starter kit to get you in the habit even including a toothbrush cover:)Why I bought this: I used to do oil pulling when I had more time during the pandemic and loved the results. I’ve since gotten busy and stopped, but lately I’ve noticed plaque and I’m scared a cavity:( I used to use regular virgin coconut oil and add essential oils to it, but this seemed like such a nice all in one kit to get me back into the habit. I also misplaced my tongue scraper, and this comes with one.The way I plan to use it as recommended by any Ayurvedic blog or Pinterest account:1.oil pulling in the mornings on unbrushed teeth2. Follow with tongue scraping3 brush my teeth with a homemade toothpaste powder.🦷🪥I guess any toothpaste would work but I use this approximate recipe because it’s super easy to make, CHEAP! way cheaper than natural pastes that almost always contain fillers and stevia etc., allows me to play with flavor and ingredients based on my needs that week or however big a batch I make.)*equal parts Redmond’s Bentonite Clay*and Himalayan or Redmond’s Real Salt*a generous pinch of clove*and cinnamon powders(if u don’t have powder, use those essential oils)*and then several drops of whatever eo. I definitely like to add a few drops of FENNEL eo because it adds natural sweetness and freshens breath without adding sugar or stevia. Peppermint, citrus, and oregano are other good options to include. Theives already contains the clove and cinnamon.)📸 I will edit this review with pictures once I have used the product for a while. But in the past, I have noticed visible whitening plaque removal and cavity healing using these methods and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the practice of oil pulling and getting away from mainstream/fluoride toothpaste!What I DON’T like about Guru Nanda pulling oil:*It contains Stevia which is heavily processed and unnecessary to me. For this reason I am not sure if I’ll continue purchasing or not? Like I said the nice thing about this kit is it’s a complete starter kit to get you into the good habit. Once I’m into it I may start diy pulling recipes.* The bottle does not contain a safety seal so some of the product had spilled out in shipping👎🏻 Plus that seems unhygienic:(

Ive gotten many compliments for my teeth being so white- even when i smoked cigs. People always said my teeth looked amazing. I was a heavy coffee drinker and light smoker. Even after switching to vape, my mouth is always fresh. Ive graduated to a 5 min swish- i do them daily (only supposed to 3 x / wk) and i follow with the gurunanda toothpaste, but my teeth and gums are fine.If you need results this is the best option to go with. You will not regret it at all. Oh and buy the value box- it makes more sense $$ wise. Thank me later.

Great product. I was having a lot of sores inside my mouth. Since I switch from Listerine to Guru Nada I have seen a major improvement. My gums have becomes stronger no more tooth pain. Once I use the oil pulling rinse brings my mouth and teeth all together. Please keep the ingredients like it is. It works perfectly and give you a clean mouth for 24 hours. Thanks.Now will try the toothpaste and see how good it is . I was using Boka toothpaste.

I’ve been enjoying this oil pulling mouthwash as part of my daily oral care routine. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean without the burning sensation that some mouthwashes have. First time oil pulling. Well actually I did use a UK supermarket product back in the day but it was a lower quality pull than this.Can see the visible carnage that is removed from my teeth (yuck lol)I use a yogurt plastic container to spit into then I can discard the whole thing and replace. Not the greatest part of the experience but otherwise it works really well.At bed time I take a swig and swish it around while I take a pee. Then sublet minute or two before spitting, then rinse and brush. Easy.On alternative nights I floss instead so a good balance in the week. Visibly whiter teeth too (I drink lots of coffee and tea)
