This is a pleasant light miso with a finer texture than the deeper red and brown types. IT makes a good cheesy sub for vegan sauces when combined with lemon juice.I like this a lot and would add it to my favourites. Excellent value for money and economical to buy a pack this size. I tend to transfer to a lidded BPA free container and have found it does not require refridgeration after opening. ( I would generally consume within 4-6 weeks.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty miso paste.
