I do not recommend. The instructions are missing a a few steps. Many steps are missing some pieces. The number 7 dowel pin is basically useless had to go to the hardware store for about 30x 1/4” diameter dowel pins. Many holes on the boards were missing and you have to poke through the vinyl to expose the hole. Instruction manual was written by someone who doesn’t know the difference between Phillips and flat head screws. Doesn’t supply enough of a few of the screws. I could go on and on about so many issues I ran into. Eventually got it all together and used a bottle of gorilla glue to reinforce the dowels. This is not worth the price. This is not a finished product. It is clear they have no quality control at this company. Very disappointed.

This desk is perfect! It looks great in our living room and closes up perfectly when not in use. I love that the doors have shelving/corkboard to make the space as functional as possible. It took a while to put together but the instructions were detailed and the product felt like it was very good quality.

This was super disappointing. The functionality is exactly what I was looking for, but the quality is abysmal. We were missing hardware and had to spent 20 dollars at the hardware store to buy screws. The instructions were horrible. Nothing aligns nicely once it’s built. It probably took my very capable husband 6 hours to put together. The alignment of the drawers is so bad that the black paper front is wearing from one days use from the drawers rubbing together and scratched the first day. The black is also a fingerprint nightmare and doesn’t really come clean. So bummed out by how much money and effort in assembly we put into this to be so frustrated with the product.

Complex assembly. Necessary parts were all there and the directions were OK. Because of all the pieces, it was impossible to get real good fit and finish. I was looking forward to having a corkboard "bulletin board", but it is by NO means a corkboard. Impossible to use - can't stick a tack in it. I might look for a real corkboard to glue over it.

Took 6 hrs hrs to put together, the #7 dowels were to large for the holes, I call tech support told her about the problems , she didn’t believe us so she asked for photos We told her we even gentle used the hammer to get them to ho in it split the shelf, we showed her as well do she could see, we told her they either sent the wrong size dowels when they manufactured the product the drill bit used to drill the holes was incorrect, we ended up drilling some of the holes a little larger which worked but was a lot of work so we ended up going to our local hardware store and purchased the correct size. The front doors have a gap about 1/4 inch larger then the to part of the doors. It is pretty, and it is very heavy, if you purchase this item be sure to check all materials are in there we did receive the correct amount of hardware but as I stated the number 7 dowels were way to large that ended up costing us more money and aggravation to get the correct size, when she saw how it split the wood when we tried putting them in she fid say she would send 2 new boards to replace the split ones, so be sure all hardware and parts are laid out according to they numbers on each package and lay out all wood and other materials down so you can see what to grab when you start the build. Really pay attention to the instructions and the sketches to be sure your putting the pieces on in the correct direction and order. And as I stated it takes a good 6 hrs to put together.

If you value your hard earned dollars, you shouldn’t spend it on this!!!!! Functional but Quality poor. Missing parts that could have easily been replaced but was told just return the whole item after I paid to have it assembled.

Look I’m not sure why this product has such bad reviews. For the price I paid, I absolutely LOVE this Item. I took my time assembling this, took me a whole day but I was very careful and it came out better than I expected it to. Like I said…for this price this is absolutely awesome!

It’s already built so we can’t return it. Took almost an entire day to build. The design concept is good, but it’s not good quality and the doors and drawers do not align. If I could return and get a refund, I would.
