New update: I have found 3 pumps AM and 3 in PM (along with progesterone) has been the sweet spot for me. I am 51 still in peri (though I’ve gone 5 mos now with no period so I’m hopeful menopause will be here sooner than later) and that amount seems to work well for me currently. I did see my GP expecting her to tell me not to use this cream but she said if it’s working keep using it.Update: this has worked well for me and I already bought a second bottle to have on deck.This is a very preliminary review, but so far I am liking this product. I think one of the things I like a lot is that the amount of lotion needed is very reasonable and easy to put on and rub it quickly. I don't feel like I am going to need a new bottle before the month is even up, this is going to actually last so it feels like a better investment. I was using a different product that worked, but geez I was spending too much as it would be empty before a month was even up. So many of these products require that you rub in a pretty sizable amount of product and, for me, it takes forever for it to absorb because it is so much. And it will saw apply to wrists and I am like, huh??? lol. I have needed much more fleshy real estate for so much cream! However, this product truly can be applied to wrists and rubbed in. I also appreciate the packaging and the pump, very precise and works well...best dispenser of this type of product that I have used. I have not had any of my perimenopause issues flare up so I assume, so far, that this is doing its job. Should anything change, I will change my review, but I think I finally found my estro cream of choice and will stick with it. Oh and I also love that this has BOTH estriol and estradiol (ladies you NEED the estradiol for this time of life. I made the mistake of just using estriol and am glad I switched).

Brought relief from hot flashes. I''ve tried supplements, Rx pills, used to be able to do bi- est in my 40s. Then I was told in my 50s to stop it by my gyn. Now she says I can try a light form of it in my 60s. So I gave this a two month try and it works! I couldn't find the 5.0 when I re-ordered, so I bought the 2.5 and use it twice a day. It is also working great.

I have sought out HRT therapy and am only in the initial stages of that process. In the meantime I thought I would stop using this product and my anxiety, night sweats and sleeplessness shot through the roof. Needless to say as I sit here awake at 3 am I have restarted this cream. I found that three squirts am and pm works best for me. Wish I would have just kept using this because it took a while to work up to needed strength. The smell does not bother me as others have mentioned. It reminds me of the smell of CereVe lotion.

I’m using this on faith- not really noticing much difference yet after nearly a month, but much more affordable than going the pharmaceutical route.

Solution first. Many people complain about the pump not being reliable. Store it upside down. First bang the lid on your hand like you would with an almost empty bottle. This gets the product where it should be and eliminates any air bubbles. Then, Store it upside down. On the lid. No more unreliable pumps. Second, this product works magic. I would highly recommend to anyone needing replacement. Very high quality, and consistent results. Neutral smell, and fast absorption.

Ive only had it for a couple of days, so far I have to put more on than instructed and what I was using previously. So right now I am a little disappointed with it and the cost.

Like magic for my brain fog. Wonderful stuff.
