It's really working. I am using since a month

while it seems promising, it's still too early to comment on its efficacy. I have another concern regarding their packaging. The product arrives in a phone-like packaging, which seems rather unnecessary and pretentious. While I understand that nothing comes for free, it feels like we are being charged at least an extra 200 rs for this extravagant packaging. In a time when companies worldwide are focusing on reducing packaging costs, this excessive packaging seems out of place and wasteful.

Don't see or feel much difference after a month of Ca AKG use and no improvement seen in joints care ( cut cut sound ) or muscle soreness.. Is it more a placebo? How to feel age related symptoms in joints and muscles are getting better or healing? Are there any detailed case studies to read about? Until there's better proven data, maybe time to switch back to glucosamine, collagen , carnitine supplements..

Life Changing.

If you think you will live up to 100 years just by taking some random supplement, think again. I have bought a few supplements as I have some mitochondrial disease, so I can know the benefits more clearly. 1. Ca AKG basically does nothing for my fatigue. Maybe the dosage is less. They are giving only 30 capsules for such a high price, three is no room to experiment. 2. NMN is pretty dangerous especially if you have an allergy. It ramps up your symptoms, I was itching all over my body. I had to throw this away. Given the pollution levels in India, most people do have some allergies. So beware. 3. Fisetin is the only one I found some benefit. It increases dopamine, so I found good nootropic effect. I could read more and watch some science videos on youtube. But what it does for aging is anyone's guess. Remember Bryan Johnson the guy who takes so many supplements for anti aging. He has long Covid, and in a tweet he mentioned his lung capacity decreased by 15 pc. So all those supplements did nothing against a virus. Don't delude yourself. All these supplements are not pseudo science, but they are based on "weak science", where only a few studies are published, that too on mice. If you have money to buy supplements, you can as well have a cook in your home and eat fruits and vegetables and cut out processed food.
