I've tried a few different grounding sheets. Honestly, I'm skeptical of the premise and after giving it a try, I cannot say that I feel anything different at all from using them. They pretty much stay on my bed until I get tired of putting them back on after bedsheet laundry day comes, and that's that. All of that said, I would recommend these to someone thinking of trying them out. They are relatively comfortable and the cotton blend helps them by inobtrusive on the bed. I've tried others that were just too crinkly or felt like they made skin hot for laying on them. These breath nicely and are a size that won't get in the way of sleeping. Overall, a pretty good quality option, and not a high price at all. The connectors and the cord length are good for a relatively unobstrusive installation.

Maintenance is straightforward—simply machine wash it like any other sheet but avoid using fabric softeners and bleach to preserve its conductivity. I was curious about grounding sheets and decided to give this brand a try. It’s soft, breathable, and fits my bed well. To set up I just spread it out under my mattress protector to keep it from moving around. It will still shift around a bit so I have to straighten it out a lot. Hooked up the part on the grounding sheet and then pushed the other end into the ground part of my outlet. The grounding cord was easy to set up, and I actually feel more rested in the mornings. No static, no discomfort, just a comfortable sheet that might be helping more than I expected. Worth trying if you're interested in natural health options.

I showed my husband this and he was skeptical and didn't believe it would help any. I have issues with sleeping through the night (he doesn't). After plugging this into the grounded slot and snapping it on to the sheet, I layed it out in my side of the bed. You can lay it out sideways to just cover part of your body. There is no noise. The silver lining in the fabric is what gets 'electrified'. The sheet is soft and comfortable. I slept all night!

This Grounding Sheets with Silver Fiber Organic Cotton Grounding is all cotton with silver threads. As directed I washed it on cool water with mild detergent and tumble dried low. It washed well and the fabric feels like high quality cotton sheets. The silver threads are very fine so you do not feel them. This fits well between my fitted sheet and mattress pad. I cannot feel it at all. This does require a plug in. I feel comfortable sleeping on this. I am not sure I 'feel" anything different. This may be a product that takes time to really reveal results.

It works well, it’s easy to use and it’s long enough to fit on the couch cushion. It’s small on the width but it’s at least long enough to be used as a scarf.
