i have completely incorporated this shampoo and oil in my hair care routine and been more than a month of use, see the oil says to apply daily but i don't like oil in my head so i only apply it a night before, i did suddenly started seeing multiple white hair (maybe bcoz of sudden shampoo change) , my hair growth has returned new hair grow and i suffer no issues with the usage of product (i do use natural remedies along with it so its just one of the thing i do that is helping)
