First Impression--A Great Bike
I have not owned an electric bike previously so I started to narrow my search by comparing product features and price. This bike is composed of brand name components and it appears to be well made. I received the bike a week before the scheduled date. It arrived without damage and it was exceptionally packaged. Took about 2 hours to unpack and assemble. All the tools necessary for assembly were included and it is relatively easy to put together. The video in the product description was helpful but most assembly steps are intuitive. After assembly I charged the battery (very neat feature it can be charged without removing from bike) and checked to make sure the electrics were working; and they work as described. It has been quite cold and rainy for the two days I have owned this bike so I have not yet taken it out for a ride. After I put a few miles on it I will report back, but so far, this bike exceeds my expectations. I had a minor question for the manufacturer and they were very helpful and got back to me quickly. Recommend this bike highly.

Decent e-bike
The bike looks decent. However I have to say it’s very heavy. Totally different feel from riding a normal bike. The weakest link of this bike is the derailleur and the cassette. After assembling the bike, I gave it a ride however some gears had a lot of noise. I spent a few hours trying to fixed it by watching YouTube tutorials, with no success. Eventually I found the derailleur was somewhat bent, not sure why. I used my hand to bend it back for a better alignment, judged just by eye. Eventually all 7 gears kind of run ok. The Shimano tourney derailleur is the cheapest of all and costs only 14$ from Amazon. I wish the manufacturer could at least upgrade the derailleur to one level up. One level up is just 21$. The current one is not so rigid. To easy to get bent.Update: there is some big noise from either the motor or other parts around 5 mph with either PAS or throttle, especially under load. Below or above the speed the noise is gone. The noise sounds like friction or grinding or some resonance. Together with the noise the bike has the vibration feel In resonance with the noise. I am right now worried if that is from some issues from the motor. Unfortunately I bought this bike mainly to help me ride my nearly hill trails and a lot of places the bike can only ride around 5 mph due to steep slopes. If anyone knows if this is normal or abnormal, please add your thoughts.

Joke of a company doesn't even exist anymore
So when I first got the bike I was very happy until I got an throttle error code, customer service was good (4.5 out of 5 because it is email only) but they replaced the faulty part without question. Like any bike you don't buy directly from the store take it in and have the gears tuned (things happen during shipping) because I noticed that I couldn't shift into 7th gear out of the box, my local shop fixed it. The sensors don't like hills as you lose two bars on your power level going up a hill but the moment you get back on flat ground it jumps back up to "full" charge, that said in the month I've owned it I have only charged it once. The brakes are good but if you aren't used to front breaks on a bike it's kinda weird. Final thought they ship through FedEx so don't expect it on time.Part was replaced still have the error code website is now a " fashion site" obviously a fly by night operation.

Delivered early, well-built, and smooth ride.
The bike was delivered 2 days earlier than their shipping estimate.Instructions were clear and I put it together in about 30 mins.I've been riding it for 2 days and am really happy with my decision to get this bike.I looked at others and read a lot of reviews before committing to this one.My decision was based on reviews, the hydraulic brakes, and the total features for the price. It's a great deal for what it delivers - a smooth, stable ride with solid construction.Even getting to work faster than when I drive - it's powerful and the brakes are on point. The handle grips are a bit hard so you may want to replace them if you'll be riding it a lot.

thrilled with purchase
No BS when I say this,,,.... but I am 99% satisfied with this purchase... Fast 4 day coast to coast delivery. Stellar customer support answering technical support questions on fork center post dimensions (28.6mm) and raising speed limit settings. I wanted to purchase an adjustable steering stem riser accessory to raise the bar height, but when I received the bike, my 72" height did not necessitate the adjustable stem riser as I thought. The bike is setup for adults. Anyway, my only adjustment i'll make will be to replace the "cruiser" type factory seat, although soft, it hits the back of the legs a bit more than a trekker seat would. PAS mode 2 or 3 speed seems ideal for most riding, and PAS 5 mode is sick! Range seems good, but I haven't had time to determine if range lives up as advertised for my payload on roads. Quality design IMHO and would highly recommend to others.update 4/24/23: Product is as advertised; that is, range is consistently over 52 miles per charge riding mostly PAS 4 (15-16mph ave). Charged 3x with more than 175mi on odometer.
